Rachel was found by a wonderful lady in Cancun. Rachel had just given birth to 8 beautiful puppies, so the lady put Rachel and the pups in her car port. She knew that Rachel and her babies needed help, so she reached out to Isla Animals. We took all 8 pups and Rachel to the rescue on September 29, 2017. The puppies were approx. 1 week old at the time, they had not yet opened their eyes.

We believe Rachel to be about 1 1/2 – 2 years old. She is extremely gentle and she was a wonderful mother. Once she was done nursing the babies, we spayed her. She will get her vaccinations soon and be ready for adoption.
