Dulce came from a family living on the beach who were told they needed to vacate their home.  They turned to Tiffany for help with their dogs and she brought Dulce, along with her sister Canela, to Isla Animals on Oct 26th.  Dulce is very scared and can be nippy but is learning to trust again.
