UPDATE## Cloe had an accident and had a luxation on her neck. After a lot of X-rays and months of a brace, she’s perfect again! In the meanwhile, we discovered she has a heart condition, which is not dangerous as long as she takes a pill a day. She likes it with a piece of chicken haha.

Cloe is a dog the right family will FALL IN LOVE WITH. She is truly perfect and small and sweet. It’s time now that someone loves her back as much as she will love you!

Cloe is a little chihuahua that has had a hard life. She was abandoned once and again, and rescued, and then surrendered. By the time we got her she was covered in ticks and fighting infection in her teeth.

Still, she is the sweetest little dog ever. She loves belly rubs and basically throws herself at everyone’s feet to be cuddled.

For her we are looking for a family without other dogs because while she’s not aggressive and tolerates them, she prefers to be the queen of the house! Another small dog may be fine, as long as they are not very playful or possessive.

She is around 7 years old and we are getting her healthy and fat, she will be ready for adoption.

Cloe is now ready to go home! She has been I foster with another chihuahua and a cat and though she is jealous and wants all the attention she did fine. We still think she would be best in a single home house. Adopters must commit to continuing her heart treatment which is just a pill a day and not expensive.

She has truly a sweet personality, never barks, and loves her food.

She cannot walk without a leash and a HARNESS. Due to her recent luxation, she cannot wear or be pulled from a collar. Adopters must also keep an eye cause she jumps and sometimes doesn’t understand how high it is! She has a start of cataracts but doesn’t affect her much.
